Firstly, find the GCF... which is -5xy^2 Only A and D contain the GCF, so you can cross off B and C So lets distribute the equations... A; -15x^2y^2 + 25xy^2 B; -15x^2y - 25xy^2 C; -15x^2y^2 + 25xy^2 D; -15x^2y^2 - 25xy^2 Both A and C equal the original equation, but only A has the GCF, so A is the correct answer
