So use the distributive property here... You take the first term in the first parenthesis...and multiply it by every term in the second parenthesis.....then you repeat the process with the 2nd term in the first parenthesis... So first take 'x' and multiply it by x^2, then -2x, then -6 And then take the -5 and multiply it by the same thing... And then combine your like terms
