I GIVE MEDALS I NEED HELP BAD PLEASE SOMEONE I REALLY NEED HELP Did anyone oppose or try to prevent the armenian genocide (may be within the nation or another government opposing the armenian genocide)? What did the opposition do to prevent/stop the armenian genocide?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Well, I know that the Ottomans were scared that the Armenians would rise up against them so they killed a lot of Armenians... The Armenian genocide was condemned by the British, French, Russian, German, and Austrian governments. The first three were foes of the Ottoman Empire, the latter two, allies of the Ottoman Empire. The US were neutral at first to the Ottomans but they saved the orphaned children.

Turks deny that there was a genocide but they let Americans come and help the Armenians.
