Is this grammatically correct?

just wanted to ask you if tomorrow you could review some of my questions I got wrong and tell me ways where I can improve my score and my actual essay

I'm not sure if it's grammatically correct, but considering the "if tomorrow" frustrates you then you could change the sentence so it looks like this:

just wanted to ask if you could review some of my questions I got wrong tomorrow, and tell me ways where I can improve my score and my actual essay.

I don't think you need the word "where" in that sentence. You would also need a question mark at the end. :)
