I'm not sure if it's grammatically correct, but considering the "if tomorrow" frustrates you then you could change the sentence so it looks like this: just wanted to ask if you could review some of my questions I got wrong tomorrow, and tell me ways where I can improve my score and my actual essay. I hope that helps . . . a little. :)

I don't think you need the word "where" in that sentence. You would also need a question mark at the end. :)
