quadratics covers a broad topic from cones and paraboloid surfaces to circles, ellipses, and hyperbolas. you would need to narrow the topic a bit for this to be practical

vertex is the part with the bend in it ...
so it'd be 0, -5
at what part is the curve "bent" ... 0,-5 is correct as far as we can tell from the graph
