final position(or altitude) is 0 m initial position (or altitude) is 100m total time travel 25 s so average velocity is = [final position (or altitude)- initial position (or altitude)]/total time interval so average velocity is = (0-100)/25=-4 m/s
oh okay, that makes more sense. I was going in the wrong direction.
