Which non–metal below is most reactive? chlorine (Cl) helium (He) silicon (Si) argon (Ar)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

It would be Silicon (Si). Helium and argon are both nobel gasses and don't react much at all. Chlorine and silicon are in the same row, and the farther to the left an element is in the row the more reactive it is.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Chlorine is much more reactive than Si.
