Well, if you misuse OpenStudy.. It's kind of hard not to be. Also, you don't know if you get reported or not unless you are told by a moderator. But they cannot disclose who reported you. Only for what you did. My guess would be to read over the CoC. Get a real good understanding of the rules and enjoy your stay here~
