This is the answer for future users. Congressman Tim Huelskamp might respond to "Brutus" statement on natural rights agreeing with it. His tone in his statement about children going hungry in school is angry. He is angry at the fact that children are not eating and are remaining hungry. Huelskamp just wants to be sure that children are not throwing there food away and having to starve at school.
