Help is very needed DX Sue initially has 5 hours of pop music and 4 hours of classical music in her collection. Every month onwards, the hours of pop music in her collection is 25% more than what she had the previous month. Her classical music does not change. Which function shows the total hours of music she will have in her collection after x months? A: f(x) = 4(1.25)x + 5 B:f(x) = 5(1.25)x + 4 C:f(x) = 4(0.25)x + 5 Or D:f(x) = 5(0.25)x + 4

Ok we know that she only has 4 hours of classical music in her collection. She also has pop music. She started off with 5 hrs and then ever month add another 25% of what she originally had So the rate of growth is 1.25 - Since its the original amount plus 25% more So what do you think our equation would like We would like to know how much music she would have every month
@Rain_Dashie we know you can solve math .. :D Trying to help @Rainbow_Cat_Pasta figure the answer on her own
That's my problem, I'm unable to. My mind visualizes the answers, hard to explain, but the simplest ways is to say I just know math.
Ya Dashie :P Thanks anyway 1.25+25%? Right Right Right right? I do good?
Ok know how did i get the rate of growth?? Basically its the originial mount which is 1+25%=1+.25=1.25 25%=.25
Ooook and?
Ok our pop music keeps growing We have 5 hours of pop music and its increasing at a rat of 1.25x per month
We also have 4 hours classical music so our equation would look like f(x)=5(1.25x)+4
Basically, to my understanding, 5(1.25)x is the pop music. The 4 is the classical music. Since the classical music didn't change, it stays the same. 5(1.25) is the original amount of pop times the amount added. X equals the number of months.
ahhhh thats a better explanation. Better than mine forsure. For someone who cant explain math .....
Its very hard for me to explain, trust me. I can't tutor work jack.
Lol, he told you :P
or she
He lol
