Title of Critique: New York Observer. 3. Provide a basic outline of the critic’s article. Has no story, no ending and no redeeming value. 4. Summarize his or her evaluation of the film in one sentence. No reason to watch this film. 5. Choose specific language from the review that helps you understand the film critic's attitude. Explain how those quotations create the author's tone you hear as you read the critique. No No No firmly stats no reason to watch it. 6. How does this review compare with the first review you read? Identify two similarities and at least one difference between the two articles. Both reviews were from a male critic. Another similarity is that their both from the new york observer. A difference between the two articles is that the first guy focuses on the positives of Johnny Depp and the 2nd article focuses on the negatives of the movie. After reading these reviews, do you have an interest in watching the film or an appreciation for the craft of writing a critique? Explain why or why not. After reading these articles I still don’t want to watch the secret window and my opinion on Mr. Depp has not changed. hope this helps

Thanks that does help! For the basic outline, is that what there wanting is a couple sentences or is it suppose to be like an actual outline?
