How do you represent the (decimal) integer 50 in binary?

OpenStudy (rbx):

50 in base 2 is 110010. To derive the solution, you need repetitive division by 2, while noting remainder each time, then write the remainders in reverse order. Steps: 1) 50/2 Q=25 R=0 | Least significant digit is 0. 2) 25/2 Q=12 R=1 | Next digit is 1. and so on and you'll reach the most significant digit.
