LAST QUESTION! XD WILL GIVE MEDAL Express the perimeter of the triangle as a polynomial http://static.k12.com/eli/ecollege/594/3_29520/2_32112_5_29525/f82722bddc3593e805cfe0d2c68cad955c334b10/media/5610d22c595328c176afaab1ce4d1bfeb2284e00/mediaasset_1280853_1.jpg

sorry dont know

OpenStudy (johnweldon1993):

Well it would be all the sides all summed... \[\large (3x + 4)+(x - 10)+(5x - 2)\]

OpenStudy (natalie1234):

My choices are −9x + 6 8x − 6 9x − 8 9x + 8

OpenStudy (johnweldon1993):

Right...now you just combine like terms... 3x + x + 5x = 9x 4 - 10 - 2 = -8 9x - 8 :)

OpenStudy (natalie1234):

thanks!(:

OpenStudy (johnweldon1993):

Anytime :)

OpenStudy (natalie1234):

wait just to make sure theres this question saying to simplify 2^2 • 2^3 is the answer 2^5 or 4^5 @johnweldon1993

OpenStudy (johnweldon1993):

No you would leave the bases alone and add the exponents...so yes 2^5

OpenStudy (natalie1234):

okay thank you

OpenStudy (johnweldon1993):

Of course :)
