Hello, and welcome to OpenStudy! Not sure of what you're asking for here. Hope you'll consider using the Equation Editor to post math statements. It'd give you and your potential helpers a lot clearer picture of the expression you're presenting: \[\sqrt{5}(10-4\sqrt{2)}\] may not be correct, but it's the best I can do, working from your statement. Please share with the rest of us the instructions for this problem, and make sure that you have copied the expression correctly and that I have interpreted it correctly. Then we'll see some action.
