will there be any current flow through circuit when capacitor is being charged?
i think there will be no current.. when capacitor will be charge, then current start flowing through the circuit
I ll give u a clue.. the capacitor is BEING CHARGED .. that means the charging process is NOT DONE yet.. capacitor has not reached its MAX CHARGE yet.. that means, it will STILL CONTINUE to charge up, if it continues to charge up, then there must be CHARGES FLOWING (cause remember, capacitor being charged up means, charge from one plate is transferred to the other plate), so now what do you think? have i said too much? o.O ?
@Mahy u are right.. got it now..i was littel bit confuse
current only flows through the capacitor while it is charging. When the capacitor is fully charged (and the voltage across it has reached its peak value), no more charge can accumulate on it
@umartouseef Are you sure you understand the difference in meaning between: "has been charged" "is being charged" ?
@Vincent-Lyon.Fr yeP....
Yes and it will be leading the voltage across the capacitor (Eli the Ice man)
