Look at it this way. 180000 : 45000 if you divide 180000 by 45000 you're left with 4 so 1$ for every 4 square feet. So you should be able to do the math and figure out that 2400/4 would give you the cost of that 2400 square feet or the proportion 2400 : (2400/4)
