Hi, I am glad you know this is not a feedback question. Also you should know that this is not how you will get that best friend. A best friend is or should be someone you know in real life. This person should know a lot about you and should feel like a sibling. Meaning you should know this person for some years before you are actually best friends. Plus it should not be something that is forced but is natural.

I agree with MathLegend, you won't know any of the people that say they'll be best friends with you. Just because you talk to them on OS, doesn't make you 'best' friends. You can be friends with a number of users on OS, but not best friends. There is no guarantee that that person will be here when your here, or that they won't leave OS, or that you won't leave OS. It is just not the same to try and have a best friend online compared to that of a best friend in real life that you can give a hug and smile to every once and a while.
