hi can anyone help me with this question? When focusing on muscular size or endurance, how long should you rest in between sets?

well, i'm no health expert but the time you need to rest depends on how many reps you do in each set they say do an hour of exercise a day but in this case after doing a certain numkber of reps they say usually a half an hour. good question.
