generally if a comma is used, you don't have to put "and" after it/before it

i dont know how semicolons are properly used so it's either A or C

C. is using a semi-colon indicating that both sentences can stand alone.
in A. there is no conjunction to go with the comma , which makes it a run-on and not properly punctuated, ......Hope this helps - Bree :)
