I know I. is independent but I don't know for sure if II. is as well. I believe it's A. but just to make sure, could it be C instead?

I believe the answer is C. Picking coins with replacement makes it so that the probability of each even will not depend on previous events. Unlike in choice III where if a coin is picked and not replaced it will affect future probabilities.
