"is" is a verb normally, so this can seem tricky. think about what is going on in each sentence and imagine telling us about it. your sister found jewelry and it was... your family goes shopping when... was there a long line at the foodcourt at... the bookstore which is in the middle of the shopping mall.... what?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

But looking at the answer, it is easy to eliminate due to the fact that it doesn't have an ending and no commas, etc

D
