I'd strongly suggest sketching this region. Doing so could make it obvious what the limits of integration are. Finding the zeros of y=-x^2 + 14x - 45 will aid in sketching the graph of this parabola, as we will then know where the graph crosses the x-axis. Once you have a sketch in front of you, ask yourself: "Should I use disks? washers? shells?" I'll be glad to continue working with you after you've responded.

zeros are -31 and 0. I think it is best to use disks
