OpenStudy (anonymous):

you have my attention

OpenStudy (yttrium):

an easy one. what is the units digit of 1024 raised to 1025 raised to 1026 raised to 1027??

OpenStudy (yttrium):

just find for its "UNITS" digit.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

The exponent will be an even number...So 4 will wind up being multiplied by itself an even number of times. Experimenting , I notice that you get 4 if raised to an odd power and 6 if raised to an even power. Sot the answer is 6

OpenStudy (yttrium):

The point is there, but the answer is not correct.

zepdrix (zepdrix):

I don't understand what you mean by "units" digits. Does that mean the one's place?

OpenStudy (yttrium):

yup

OpenStudy (yttrium):

@BangkokGarrett , you're almost there!
