Past participial's are words that end up modifying nouns or pronouns. In the sentence cleaned is the past participial by adding -ed to the present verb clean. You can also have present participial by adding -ing so the verb clean can be cleaning. Here the past participial is modifying the noun floor because it is describing the state of the floor, which because of Jackson, apparently is clean.
