arc length = radius * central angle (in radians) We need to know the length of the radius If not, since there are 2 PI radians in every circle then there are 261/360 * 2PI radians in that circle or 4.555309 radians

okay I thought by measure it meant the length of the arc. well you have the angle in degrees and radians. :-)
