Genetics was first studied by Gregor Mendel, who experimented with pea plants. He crossed pea plants having yellow, round seeds with pea plants having green, wrinkled seeds. The following are the probabilities for each type of new seed. yellow, round: 56.25% yellow, wrinkled: 18.75% green, round: 18.75% green, wrinkled: 6.25% If 2014 seeds were produced, how many of each variety would you expect?
