OpenStudy (jjuden):

What is the area of a circle whose radius is 20 meters?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

The formula for the area of a circle is pi*radius^2. The radius is 20 meters, so you'd have 20^2 pi. Can you simplify that?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

All right, since I'm receiving no response, 20^2 is 400, so you'd have 400pi m^2 as the area. If you wanted exact numbers, 400pi is about 1256.637.
