well it's not gonna be a simple sentence because there's more than one part to it. It could be three different sentences. For example, "The sound of birds in the morning make me happy." "The smell of pancakes in the morning makes me happy." and so on. although since it does make sense and follow grammar rules i would go with B.- compound sentence
