How does the theme from the fable "The Wolf in Sheep’s Clothing" relate to any TV show, book, or movie you've ever read/seen?
Instructions: 1. Read the fable closely and observe how the story reveals the theme. Think of an example from a TV show, book, or movie in which a character learns the same lesson communicated through this fable. 2. Write a complete paragraph of at least five original sentences that explains how the fable and your story reveal the same theme. 3. Use specific details from each story in your paragraph. Explain how your story choice makes the theme in the fable more modern or new. Theme of Fable: Appearances can be deceiving. Fable: The Wolf in Sheep’s Clothing A Wolf found great difficulty in getting at the sheep, given the watchfulness of the shepherd and his dogs. But one day, it found the skin of a sheep that had been flayed and thrown aside. He put it on over his own fur (so he looked just like a sheep) and strolled down among the sheep. The Lamb that belonged to the Sheep, whose skin the Wolf was wearing, began to follow the Wolf in the Sheep's clothing; so, leading the Lamb a little apart, he soon made a meal off her, and for some time he succeeded in deceiving the sheep, and enjoying hearty meals.
maybe like the show revenge, or the the uncle in show starcrossed?
@shamil98: Help me plz!
The instructions are pretty straightforward.. what do you need help with?..
This assignment. It's very confusing to me because I don't like reading (who does) and you need to know a book, movie, or tv show that has the same theme as the fable above.
Google something that is similar, find a summary and then try to do the assignment then?
To me it means things/people are not always what they seem. You could find a show or movie about deception etc.
Othello
Never mind, I decided to try a different fable and got a good grade :)
