Looks like a css markup error to me. Try to reboot your browser, or use chrome (which is way better than firefox IMO)

That's happened to both my computer and my brother's before
when you mouse over it or click on it, it might be an ad?
if so, then it has to do with your computer and you're gonna have to uninstall the ad thing that's causing it :)

it would be an adware thing on your computer that you would have to manually uninstall...

Do you have Kaspersky? Because that is the problem i had with having both adblocker and kaspersky...
