and @Data_LG2 and beccaboo 's profile is not opening

Try Google Chrome :)

And for the not opening profiles, that's a known problem for some users. It will either fix itself or you can send a mail to contact@openstudy.com.

when I tried to install logger pro in my computer...

Go to RUN in your start menu, type: Firefox -P
Select create new profile.
Start Firefox from the new profile.

I am using Mozilla Firefox too, I have no issues. It isn't OpenStudy side because it works for me, so it must be yours.

Creating a new Firefox profile should at least help you debug the problem.

If the new Firefox profile works, the issue must becoming from something on your older profile. Perhaps you have too many add-ons?
