Welcome to OpenStudy, I'm not sure what you mean by this post. Are you asking if this is true or false or something? When you want to have weight control.. Most of the time it's based on your diet. You may exercise to maintain a steady weight. But not every single person has to do work outs. Simple daily activities like walking, cleaning, working, ect, actually help burn the excess calories.
