She will give out a medal to anyone she feels deserves it. Medals don't even add up as much to your smartscore so there's no real reason to even ask for it. Plus this is kind of something for many people to answer, not just one single user. 

As for you Shad, I don't think there has been many problems that are very hard for me. I attempted to solve a calculus question.. I failed slightly, got some help along the way while helping a user. It does not remain a mystery. :)
