Which trig function talks about the hypotenuse and the opposite leg? From sohcahtoa or whatever you are taught, we know to use the sine(we could also use the cosecant, but you will probably find the sine to be easier, or you may not know about the cosecant yet. . 

$$\sin(O)=h/15$$

Let's solve this for h. You'll need to use a calculator to find the sin of 70 degrees.

h=15*sin(70)

h is about 14

We know that the area of any triangle is 0.5*base*height

So, it simply becomes 0.5*14*9, which is 63(square units).
