Do people need to be truly virtuous in order to be an ethical person or is it enough to be taught?

when you are truly virtuous only then you can be an ethical person. and these things depend from person to person.. even if they are taught to us.. it is we who decide what kind of person we want to be.. ethical or non ethical..

I agree with you Durga.....the change depends on us....you are the one who should determine your choices whether ethical or not ethical... its your life....and you should be capable of making wise decisions ethical or not.
