Write the equation in slope-intercept form. What are the slope and y intercept? -2x-11y=5

OpenStudy (nikato):

you want to somehow make the equation look like y=mx+b which is the slope intercept form m=slope and b=y-intercept so -2x-11y=5 how would you isolate the y on one side?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

add 11?

OpenStudy (nikato):

no. i think you should leave that term for now. what would you do to just leave -11y on the left side only?
