ok... so if the mean, mode and median are close together, then the data is compact and the mean is the best measure of the middle of the data set. this is quantitative data, so you can exclude the mode as best choice. if outliers occur in the data then the mean is distorted. So the median is the best measure of the middle. so looking at the data, there doesn't appear to be outliers, so I'd use the mean. you could also say that the range of the data is small which indicates the scores are close together.
