do i need to make 4 sets of vectors?

For a,b,and c, you can just put two vectors of same magnitude, head to tail and facing north to satisfy a,b and c requirements

For d) you need to face two vectors of equal magnitude ( magnitude = strength amount or velocity etc) in opposite directions to get a sum of zero. So you face one arrow north and on top of it arrow head to arrow head, you face the 2nd vector south
