You can consider several different opinions to be true when comparing the text of a novel to its movie version because
literature is an exact study, and there is no room for multiple interpretations
literature is not an exact study, and multiple interpretations are equally valid
you cannot consider several different opinions to be true unless they actually are true
in the movies there is a lot more action
