I think this is talking about Market Economy and the governments role in it. But I am not sure how to answer this. Anybody have any ideas?

As you can see, in each part of it they show an advantage and a disadvantage.  You should have something similar in your book, class web site, etc.  As for the changes part, that is opinion.  For example, when it comes to bailouts I do not think they should be done the way they have.  I think it should be a form of bankruptcy so that the executives are still held accountable for the things that lead to it.
