1) I'd actually go with (B) for the first one as it split Vietnam into two political zones -- the North and the South.

2) This is right on the money.

3) I'd go with (C) on this one. The domino effect was what the US thought would happen when one country in a region turned communist, then everyone else would "fall like dominoes" to the same thing.
