Question 1: How many ul of solution A to be transferred? Question 2: What is the molarity of 17β-estradiol in the stock solutions A and B?

Concentration 1 x Volume 1 = Concentration 2 x Volume 2 And you will need to look up (i.e., google) the molecular weight of 17-beta estradiol.
