Select the measurement that is most reasonable. A) a cat has a mass of 5 grams B) a street has a width of 5 meters C) a swimming pool has a capacity of 5 liters . D) a beetle has a mass of 5 kilograms. Can anyone answer this

I will give you a metal if you do

OpenStudy (anonymous):

A

OpenStudy (whpalmer4):

Are you from the US or Liberia?

OpenStudy (whpalmer4):

Hint: a US penny weighs about 5 grams...

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I'm from US

OpenStudy (whpalmer4):

Sorry, 2 pennies weigh about 5 grams. That's a pretty small cat :-)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

xD ok

OpenStudy (whpalmer4):

Well, okay, I guess you're forgiven for not having a concept of these measurements. There are 2.2 pounds in a kilogram. A meter is 39.37 inches. A liter is 33.8 ounces

OpenStudy (whpalmer4):

Rule of thumb: a liter is slightly more than a quart. A meter is slightly more than a yard. A kilogram is slightly more than 2 pounds. That will at least give you a rough idea of the measurements here.
