Elizabeth went on a bike ride. She biked 10.0km uphill, and 5.0km downhill. On level ground she traveled 25km/hr. Her speed going up hill was half rate, and her speed going downhill was 3 times the rate. If the entire trip took 8 hours, what was her average speed for the entire trip? Round your answer to the nearest tenth of a km/hr. Please Explain to me how to do this !!! :)
