The cost of a parking ticket at NAU is $25 for the first offense, but the cost triples for each additional offense. Write a formula for the cost C as a function of the number of tickets n.

OpenStudy (radar):

C =$25 + $75(x-1) Where C = Cost and x is the number of tickets That might work.

From that function, 2 tickets would result in a cost of $100.00. Pretty expensive parking, I bet their tuition is high also.
