Much Ado About Nothing has been described as the most realistic of Shakespeare's love comedies. For the most part, Much Ado avoids the romantic landscapes, disguises, and dialogue of other plays. It seems closer to our own "real life" than to a play. What contributes to this interpretation even today? What is "real" in Much Ado that is real in your world?
