Alright so you have a density function and the shape of it. So now you just need to set up your double integral! Any ideas on how to start?
Actually, this looks like it's really just a single integral, I was thinking the whole thing was going to be filled in. Consider a change of coordinates from rectangular to polar.
Try drawing a picture. What are you doing? I'm not going to help any more until I see some attempt.
