We need more context. Your original question doesn't make mathematical sense; if m is less than 1, it cannot be equal to 50--and asking m<5 doesn't make sense. It's either a piecewise function; saying that something is equal to 50 whenever m is less than 1, or we're missing something else. Post some more details, please.=)

1 and 2 are complementary. since m<1=50. so 90-50=40 so m<2=40 by vertical angles theorem, <2=<5 so <5=40
