look at them and see the difference in that picture link

pay attention to how the sister chromatids pair. in mitosis they are all lined up to be divided equally into the 2 daughter cells. However in meiosis, the sister chromatids stay together and divide with each cell having two homologous(the same) pairs of chromatids
