Hi am new to programming , and wanted to learn it sincerely .
Will we be getting degrees to for successfully completing our exams ?

Just uding mit open source studys, the answer is no :( you will need to sort out other ways to do this.

You will be giving certificate after the completion of this course then you will be given more advance course if you are interested in furthering more.

That said, once you're able to pass the tests, you can also go test out of a lot of classes. Most schools have a program where you can take a test for a fraction of the cost of a class, and that would count towards your degree. If you go that route, please consider donating some of your savings back to OCW, as it's a great program that would have directly helped you get to that point.
